PYS Volunteer at Marilyn Avenue STEAM Academy (MASA) Spring Festival

Last Friday, April 24, Pedrozzi Young Scholars volunteered at Marilyn Avenue STEAM Academy’s Spring Festival, hosted by the PTO.

There were several fun and creative activities that the festival attendees could choose to enjoy. Itzayana, Leslie, Amy, and Julian assisted participants at the Friendship Bracelet Station. Jimena and a school friend assisted at the Cheer Pin-Making Station, while Milania did a great job at the Face Painting Station. Eduardo assisted at the Livermore Valley Arts Station.

For cleanup, we were grateful for the help of Isaac, Justin, and Annia.

Ten Pedrozzi Young Scholars returned to the school where they completed elementary school. They were excited to give back by volunteering their time and allowing MASA parents to enjoy the activities with their students, rather than running the stations themselves.
