Eight high school Pedrozzi Young Scholars (PYS), along with two Pedrozzi Scholarship recipients who previously participated in the PYS Program, enjoyed a memorable evening at Shakespeare in the Vineyard on Thursday, July 2, at Darcie Kent Vineyards.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Livermore hills and vineyards, the event provided students with a unique opportunity to experience live theater in a beautiful outdoor setting. The students were immersed in the timeless world of Shakespeare as SPARC Theater presented The Tragedy of Hamlet, one of the playwright’s most celebrated works.

Experiences like these enrich students’ educational journeys by exposing them to the arts, encouraging cultural exploration, and creating lasting memories beyond the classroom. The Pedrozzi Foundation is grateful for opportunities that inspire students to discover new perspectives and appreciate the power of live performance.
