A great time was had by all at our 7th Annual Pedrozzi Young Scholar family social. We had a great turnout as 36 of the Pedrozzi Young Scholars and their families attended the lively event. The social took place on March 6th in the MPR of the Arroyo Mocho Site, next to our Pedrozzi Office.

PYS students and their families spent the evening mingling with other families in the program, meeting our community partners, and playing games. A meal was enjoyed while presentations were made introducing each of the PYS cohorts. These introductions are a great way for the PYS to become more familiar with one another; we hope this opens the door for younger students to ask questions and learn from our older PYS about high school and college preparedness. Our senior PYS were also recognized, and attendees were invited to sign cards and wish them well as they embark on the next chapter ahead.

All of the families had a great time participating in Pedrozzi Young Scholar Bingo, and inviting others to play Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four, and Corn Hole.

Thank you to our community guests for attending!
