We are proud to highlight Michaela Ledon, a 2025 Pedrozzi Scholar who will be attending the University of Utah this fall to pursue a degree in business.
For Michaela, receiving the Pedrozzi Scholarship is about more than financial support—it’s a powerful affirmation of her place and purpose. “As a woman entering the business world, a field still largely dominated by men, this scholarship means I belong—that my voice matters, and that my goals are valid.” With boldness and determination, she hopes to not only succeed in her career but also pave the way for other young women who may feel like outsiders in male-dominated fields.
