Fall Preview Day at St. Mary’s College

On Saturday, October 25, three Pedrozzi Young Scholars (PYS)—two seniors and one junior—along with their parents and friends, attended Fall Preview Day at St. Mary’s College (SMC). Participants explored the campus, attended the Academic and Student Resource Fair to learn about their areas of academic interest, and joined the Welcome Event at the University Pavilion, where President Roger Thompson introduced the admissions staff, counselors, and student ambassadors.

Students and families also attended an information session on first-year admission and financial aid at the Soda Center, available in both English and Spanish.

A tour of the beautiful campus was led by SMC Student Ambassadors, and the day concluded at Ferroggiaro Quad—next to the bookstore—where students and families enjoyed warm cocoa and treats before departing campus.
