The Pedrozzi Foundation is honored to announce the establishment of the Jerrod Chapman Marshall Memorial Scholarship, established in honor of a beloved Pedrozzi Young Scholar, Jerrod. This scholarship will be awarded in 2027 and will support a student pursuing a career-training degree or certification at a community college or vocational program.
Jerrod Chapman Marshall, a well-loved Granada High School student, tragically died in a car accident in August 2026, just shy of his 20th birthday.
Jerrod was an enthusiastic member of the Pedrozzi Young Scholars (PYS) Cohort 2017. He had a remarkable ability to light up a room with his smile and positive energy, and his warmth and enthusiasm made a lasting impression on those around him.
Our hearts are with Jerrod’s family, friends, classmates, and all those who knew and loved him. He will be remembered by the Pedrozzi community for his bright smile, joyful spirit, and the positive energy he brought to those around him.
We are honored to have known Jerrod and will remember him as an important part of the Pedrozzi Young Scholars family.
Donations to the Jerrod Chapman Marshall Memorial Scholarship are welcomed and may be made securely and easily online, or by check, stock transfer, charitable distributions from retirement accounts, and employee giving programs.

The Pedrozzi Foundation provides college and vocational scholarships and resources to Livermore students. We believe that all students deserve the chance to pursue their educational and career goals and that the lack of finances or information should not be a barrier. Every day we create an impact by helping our students achieve their dreams.
Students of all ages who are graduating from, or have graduated from, the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District are eligible to apply for Pedrozzi Scholarships.
