2024 Pedrozzi Scholars

The Pedrozzi Foundation proudly awarded $503,000 in scholarships to 139 local students, with 22% of them being the first in their families to attend college. These scholars will pursue studies at community colleges, undergraduate, graduate, and vocational schools.

Ness Mazerlev, a senior from Livermore High School, expressed gratitude, stating, “Lately, I’ve been super stressed about paying for college; I feel like receiving this scholarship is a message from the world that someone believes in me, that someone believes I can do this.”

The newest Pedrozzi Scholars, along with their families and friends, gathered at the Bankhead Theater in downtown Livermore for the Foundation’s annual recognition event. Recipients shared their educational plans, basked in congratulatory cheers, posed for photos, and departed with recognition items, including yard signs to showcase their pride in becoming Pedrozzi Scholars. Since 2008, the Pedrozzi Foundation has awarded $6.6 million to over 1,800 Livermore students.
